I had this vision today of me beating an old lady and stealing her trolley.?
There I was at the shops about to grab a trolley when this old lady with a white fro beat me to it again. angered, this vision of me beating her down flashed across my mind, and stayed there until I got home.
How can I prevent this from happening? I’m concerned that next time I will snap and give her a beat down.
